Return & Replacement Policy

At SAPTAVARNA JEWELRY PVT LTD, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, returns and replacements are subject to the following conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

• No return or replacement request will be accepted after 7 days from the product delivery date.
• Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Required Proof for Return / Replacement

If the customer wishes to return or replace a product within 7 days, the following are mandatory:

• A complete uncut video of the product from package opening to full product inspection.
• Clear explanation/review mentioning the exact reason for return or replacement.
• Product must be in original condition with all packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories.

3. Return Approval

Return or replacement requests will be reviewed by our team after verifying the submitted video and issue details. Approval is subject to product condition and policy compliance.

4. Non-Returnable Cases

• Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
• No video proof provided.
• Damaged products caused by customer misuse.
• Used, altered, or damaged products.
• Products returned without original packaging.

5. Refund / Replacement Process

• Approved replacement will be processed within a reasonable time after product verification.
• If refund is approved, the amount will be returned through the original payment method or as per company policy.
• Cash on Delivery refund may be processed via bank transfer or approved payment method.
